Coverage is deliberately uneven: it follows the American market. High-volume manufacturers with long-running nameplates — the family sedans, pickups and crossovers that dominate U.S. sales — carry the deepest records, with up to six model-years per nameplate, while lower-volume brands enter the range with fewer. Every make hub states its own totals on its face, and every figure in the table above is the sum of the published model-year pages for that make, computed directly from the NHTSA complaints and recalls extracts. If a manufacturer or model you expected is missing, it is because its pulled record did not meet the launch threshold for a complete page; held-back model-years are listed in our production manifest and join the site as their records mature. Requests for specific additions are welcome through the contact page.

A note on how the range was chosen: the underlying pull covered 230 model-years from 16 manufacturers. A model-year was published only if its pulled record was complete enough to fill every section of its page — a safety-rating scorecard, a complaint record with a usable component breakdown, recall data, and EPA configurations. That threshold, not preference, sets the shape of the table above: a few pulled model-years, including the BMW 3 Series entries, were held back where one of those elements was missing or too thin, and they are first in line at the next refresh. The same rule explains why no make here is represented by a single token year: a hub is only published once it can aggregate at least two complete model-year records.
